Perfect Form is an herbal digestive supplement for cats and dogs. It helps to support stool consistency and bowel health. 

Perfect Form has herbs like slippery elm, fennel, and plantain to help soothe and protect the GI tract and reduce loose stools from environmental stress, dietary indiscretion, or transitioning to a new diet. They also encourage regularity and curb gas. This product is made with 100% USA sourced human food grade ingredients. It contains no animal feed grade ingredients is made in a human food production facility but is intended for your pet to eat, not you. 

INGREDIENTS

• Active Ingredients per 1 tsp: Papaya leaf, plantain leaf, slippery elm, pumpkin seed, pectin, papain and fennel
• Inactive Ingredients: None

Caution: Safe use in pregnant animals or animals intended for breeding has not been proven. If animal's condition worsens or doesn't improve, stop product administration and consult your veterinarian. 

DIRECTIONS

Provide 1/4tsp per 10lbs of body weight, on average. This product is generally advised for acute use only, simply because it's never a good idea to mask a symptom such as diarrhea or constipation rather than identify and resolve the source of the problem. If you need this product for more than 10 consecutive days we recommend working with your veterinarian or nutrition specialist to reassess diet and/or medical concerns. Temporarily this product may be used in amounts that are proportionate to the severity of the problem. If your pet is experiencing, or expected to experience, mild loose stool (such as during a dietary change) you may use the advised amount listed above. If, however, your pet develops severely loose stool (such as exposure to an unexpected food or parasite) you may give 4-6 times the recommended dose up to 4 times in a day. If severe diarrhea or constipation persists past 48 hours visit a veterinarian. If mild diarrhea or constipation persists after the product is discontinued (after 10 days) visit your veterinarian or reassess diet and other exposures.
